There is no good in much of their secret conferences save (in) whosoever enjoineth charity and fairness and peace-making among the people and whoso doeth that, seeking the good pleasure of God, We shall bestow on him a vast reward.

Israel Sending Crowd Dispersal Weapons to EgyptHosni Mubarak, the soon-to-be-ousted president of Egypt, has called on his old ally Israel for logistical support, says the International Network for Rights and Development who reported that three Israeli planes landed at Cairo's Mina International Airport on Saturday carrying hazardous equipment for use in dispersing and suppressing large crowds. Mubarak needs help to confront demonstrations with millions of Egyptians demanding his resignation.

The cargoes of the three Israeli planes, which were received by the Egyptians, contain an abundant supply of internationally proscribed gas to disperse unwanted crowds. This suggests that the falling Egyptian regime is preparing for the worse to defend its position, even though the country is sinking into chaos at its hands.

It is in Israel's interests that it maintains its connection with its three-decade-long alliance with Egypt, particularly Mubarak. Closely following the increasingly violent situation in Egypt, and refraining from giving statements to the media, Israel has committed itself to careful consideration of the circumstances, hoping the peaceful relations between the try countries will continue.
