The Italian Foreign Minister fired the starting gun, saying Italy's ENI oil company will play the number one role in the region. And as RT's Laura Emmett reports, the service won't come cheap for the Libyan people.
Egypt : "they" wanted to keep "Mubarak regime" without Mubarak (he too did a good job for "them") - who will continue Mubarak legacy to do "their" bidding.
