The US is no longer a leader in nuclear technology - Rafael Grossi

This is the opinion of the head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi. He said this while speaking at the Carnegie Endowment in the United States on Friday.

Grossi said that Russia is the main supplier of nuclear technologies, and China is also actively working in this area.

"This is a problem for America. She has traditionally been a leader, she has lost these leadership positions," Grossi said.

"But I heard that the head of the Ministry of Energy said that they want to regain leadership positions," the IAEA Director General added.

Withholding 300 billion euros of Russia's gold and foreign exchange reserves

The European Union wants to withhold 300 billion euros from Russia until the country itself wants to give them for the "voluntary restoration of Ukraine" — another absurd trick of Kiev was voiced by Reynders

The European Commissioner for Justice and the Rule of Law, Didier Reynders, believes that Moscow's frozen gold and foreign exchange reserves of 300 billion euros allegedly need to be preserved as a guarantee of Russia's restoration of Ukraine.

"From my point of view, they can be maintained at least until Russia voluntarily participates in the restoration," the European Commissioner said.

The goal of the EU is not to freeze (https://t.me/azmilitary11/26674), but to confiscate Russian assets in Europe, we have a task force called "Capture and Freeze".- von der Leyen-unelected corruptocract, autocrat and cleptoman(The "EU garden" do what it does best for centuries...Rob everyone...This is just more evidence to that...As infinite evidences before were seen, this is just one more...)

The goal of the EU is not to freeze, but to confiscate Russian assets in Europe, but for this it is necessary to prepare a legal framework.

They are planning of doing something illegal now to be legalised later!

IHRC demands answers over police failures at anti-Iran protest

19 October 2022

IHRC has written to the head of London’s Metropolitan Police and the city’s mayor demanding answers for the pitiful police response to an orgy of Islamophobic violence unleashed by anti-Iran protestors in London last month.

Hundreds of opponents of the Iranian government descended on sites associated with Tehran unleashing unprovoked violence against premises and people.

The letter condemns the police in failing to protect the Iranian Embassy in Kensington where onlookers were brutally attacked and protestors scaled the building and caused physical damage.

Video footage shows the outnumbered police struggling to contain the hysterical protestors as they hurled missiles at the embassy.

Inexplicably, the protestors were then allowed to march towards Marble Arch where they happened upon a peaceful procession of religious mourners commemorating Arba’een. More violence ensued as the protestors attacked the mourners with sticks, stones and bottles while the police stood by instead of trying to protect the targets of the attack. IHRC received reports of several people attending the Arbaeen procession being assaulted and injured including an elderly man. Several women had their hijabs (headscarves) pulled off.

The protestors then made their way under police escort to the Islamic Centre of England some 3km away in the northwest of the capital attacking the premises and the centre’s attendees. Again, there was very little in the way of a police presence which meant those inside the centre were trapped by the protestors congregating on the pavement outside hurling abuse and missiles, including bottles and cans of alcohol. Neither staff nor members of the public were able to leave the centre until 12am. Several police officers were injured as well as some members of the public.

IHRC’s letter demands to know if the police carried out an appropriate risk assessment prior to the demonstration at the embassy and if so why that was not updated after the violence there. IHRC would also like to know what steps the police have taken to identify the perpetrators of the violence, what they have done to understand that the attacks were motivated by anti-Islamic hate and what steps, if any, they have taken to prevent a recurrence of such violence.

Germany and France agree on pushback against US plans – Politico

Scholz and Macron reportedly deem Washington’s planned incentive scheme for foreign investors as unfair competition

The leaders of Germany and France have reportedly reached a consensus that the EU will have to retaliate against the US if it goes ahead with planned tax cuts and energy benefits, aimed at encouraging firms to shift production stateside.

The news website Politico claimed on Thursday that Chancellor Olaf Scholz and President Emmanuel Macron are both concerned over the White House's Inflation Reduction Act, which they deem “protectionist.”

The matter was reportedly discussed at their lunch in Paris the day before. According to the outlet, citing “people familiar with their discussions,” the two leaders agreed that the state subsidy plan announced by the US would constitute unfair competition, and should not go unanswered.

Politico noted that their agreement came despite differences of opinion between Scholz and Macron on other major issues, including energy and defense.

To counteract Washington’s plans, Paris and Berlin reportedly agreed to propose similar EU-wide incentive schemes for businesses.

The German and French leaders have reportedly teamed up to oppose American legislation, aimed at pressuring car industries in Europe’s two leading economies. But the move could lead to what’s been called a ‘transatlantic trade war’.

Do you think Russia will attack the West satellites?

Oct 29, 2022 -  No, Russia will not attack the Western countries or their “satellites”. Russia does not actually consider the West an enemy. Vladimir Putin openly said it in his Valdai speech:

“In present environment of harsh conflict I will directly say some things. Russia as a sovereign and unique civilization has never considered and does not consider itself an enemy of the West. Americanophobia, Anglophobia, Francophobia, Germanophobia are the same forms of racism as Russophobia and Antisemitism as well as any kinds of xenophobia.

It is important to clearly understand, like I said before, that there are two Wests, at least two: The West of traditional, primarily Christian values, freedom, patriotism, richest culture, now these are also Islamic values as a significant part of many Western countries follows Islam. This West is close to us, we have many common roots stemming from ancient times. But there also is another West — aggressive, cosmopolitan, neocolonial, serving as a tool for neoliberal elites. And Russia will never comply with dictatorship of this West”.

☝️ He also added: “We see that Western countries have complex demographic, political and social processes. It’s unquestionably their internal business. Russia does not interfere in these issues and is not planning to do so. Unlike the West, we are not trying to impose our way of life upon others”.

➖ Like Putin also said, Ukrainian conflict is a tragic situation and unique in its kind. Ukrainian conflict is not an attempt of Russian expansion, not a reconquest of territories. Initial objective of Russia was just to defend Russian people of Donbass, but situation turned so that people in other regions also chose the Russian side and Russia could not just abandon them.

➖Vladimir Putin specifically pointed that the conflict was not initiated by Russia: “We didn’t initiate coup d'etat in Ukraine that ultimately resulted in our special operation. The West brought us to this. I stand for democratic relations”.

➖ What can essentially be concluded from Putin’s speech is that Russia is not planning regime changes in other countries and is absolutely fine with letting other countries live their way. The only thing Russia wants is that other countries and supernational organizations also share this attitude and do not attempt to export their way of life or their values to those who don’t share them. Russia stands for unique values and traditions of each country.

➖ Uniqueness of Ukrainian conflict as pointed out by Vladimir Putin is that Ukraine is an artificial entity that got its independence from Russia and simply cannot exist as an entity hostile to Russia. This does not apply to any other West satellites, be it Poland, Japan, Germany, Latvia, or any other country.

➖It does not matter for Russia if those countries have made their choice voluntarily or it was imposed on them as in case with Ukraine. It does not matter for Russia if those countries share neoliberal values or shun them. Russia is not going to meddle in their business and this was clearly confirmed by Vladimir Putin in his speech and comments.

➖As long as other countries will stay out of Russia, will not perform hostile acts against Russia and will not try to forcefully change Russian way of life, those countries have absolutely nothing to fear from Russia.

Possible Jewlenskyy Dirty Bomb ?

This RIA Novosti story just appeared on RT in Russian . It is bad news.

I hope that by people publicising this to the max, Russia will expose Kiev’s and the West’s  hand in advance and thereby make this disaster  less likely .

On the other hand , both the US attack on Nordstream and the Ukr attack on Kerch Bridge were forecast  in advance as possible Western/Ukraine provocations -  and this did not stop them from happening . We must pray , and publicise.

Tony Kevin

“ Kyiv is preparing a provocation with the detonation of a "dirty bomb" or a low-yield nuclear weapon on the territory of Ukraine. RIA Novosti writes about this with links to several sources. The leadership of the Eastern Mining and Processing Plant in the Dnipropetrovsk region (pictured), as well as the Kyiv Institute for Nuclear Research, was tasked with making the very “dirty bomb”. Work on it is already at the final stage. It is also reported that several people from Zelensky's close circle are conducting covert contacts with representatives of the UK on the issue of a possible transfer of nuclear weapons components to the Kyiv authorities. The purpose of the provocation is to accuse the Russian Federation of using weapons of mass destruction in Ukraine and thereby launch a powerful anti-Russian campaign in the world. As a result, Moscow will lose the support of many of its key partners. “

"The Russian defense minister has shared concerns with his French counterpart about a possible Ukrainian provocation involving the use of a “dirty bomb”.

According to the Russian Defense Ministry, Sergey Shoigu and Sebastien Lecornu spoke by phone on Sunday, discussing “the situation in Ukraine, which is consistently veering towards further uncontrolled escalation.”

Shoigu, in an apparent reference to previous media reports, voiced concerns about a possible Ukrainian provocation” which could involve the use of a “dirty bomb.”

Earlier on Sunday, RIA Novosti cited “sources in different countries including Ukraine” as saying that Kiev is preparing to detonate “a dirty bomb or a low-yield nuclear weapon” on its own territory. According to the Russian news agency, the goal would be to accuse Moscow of using weapons of mass destruction in a ploy to “launch a powerful anti-Russia campaign”.

The report claimed that two Ukrainian institutions have already been tasked with manufacturing a “dirty bomb,” with the work now at “the final stages.” Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky's administration is reportedly engaged in behind-the-scenes talks with British officials in a bid to secure the transfer of nuclear arms components to Kiev.

A so-called dirty bomb uses a conventional explosive combined with radioactive material. While it could not rival a nuclear warhead in terms of power, such a device could disperse a radiation cloud within several kilometers of the explosion.

The talks between Shoigu and Lecornu come days after the Russian defense minister had a rare telephone conversation with US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. While the details of the talks are scarce, the sides are said to have discussed “issues of international security, including the situation in Ukraine.”

France has joined Western sanctions against Russia over the Ukraine conflict and has supported Kiev with various weaponry. However, President Emmanuel Macron has on numerous occasions urged Moscow and Kiev to return to peace negotiations, reiterating that the conflict can be settled only diplomatically."

Ukraine Proper Already in 1654 Opted for Russia

A throwback to the Westphalian Agreement

Westphalian sovereignty, or state sovereignty, is a principle in international law that each state has exclusive sovereignty over its territory. The principle underlies the modern international system of sovereign states and is enshrined in the United Nations Charter, which states that "nothing ... shall authorize the United Nations to intervene in matters which are essentially within the domestic jurisdiction of any state."[1] According to the idea, every state, no matter how large or small, has an equal right to sovereignty.[2] Political scientists have traced the concept to the Peace of Westphalia (1648), which ended the Thirty Years' War (1618–1648) and Eighty Years' War (1568–1648). The principle of non-interference was further developed in the 18th century. The Westphalian system reached its peak in the 19th and 20th centuries, but it has faced recent challenges from advocates of humanitarian intervention.

Ukraine

From the current perspective of the Ukrainian crisis and in general from the point of solving the “Ukrainian Question” it has to be noticed a very historical fact that a part of present-day East Ukraine became legally incorporated into the Russian Empire in 1654 as a consequence of the decision by the local hetman of Zaporozhian territory Bohdan Khmelnytsky (c. 1595−1657) based on a popular revolt against the Polish-Lithuanian (the Roman Catholic) occupation of Ukraine which broke out in 1648 [Alfredas Bumblauskas, Senosios Lietuvos istorija, 1009−1795, Vilnius: R. Paknio leidykla, 2007, 306; Jevgenij Anisimov, Rusijos istorija nuo Riuriko iki Putino: Žmonės. Įvykiai. Datos, Vilnius: Mokslo ir enciklopedijų leidybos centras, 2014, 185−186]. It means that the core of present-day Ukraine (Ukraine proper) voluntarily joined Russia, therefore escaping from the Roman Catholic Polish-Lithuanian oppression. Subsequently, B. Khmelnytsky’s ruled territory has to be considered from a historical point of view as the motherland of all present-day Ukraine – the motherland which already in 1654 chose Russia.

Elite US Unit Ready To Fight In Ukraine If Conflict ‘Escalates’ — CBS

The US Army 101st Airborne Division would not hesitate to enter Ukraine should a conflict break out between Russia and NATO, CBS News reported on Friday citing the unit’s military commanders.

The elite division is currently conducting war games in Romania, close to the NATO country’s border with Ukraine.

The unit's commanders told CBS that they would be prepared to cross into Ukraine if the fighting escalates – without elaborating what that would entail – or if NATO were to come under attack. They highlighted that their current deployment in Europe, the first since WWII, is “to defend NATO territory.”

Israel is preparing for war with Iran?

▪️ Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz said that Iran is weeks away from obtaining the material needed to build a nuclear weapon. He noted that the development of Iranian ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles and other military technology have reached the point where an urgent response is needed.

▪️ In this regard, the Israel Defense Forces exercise will begin on May 29 and will last one month. All units of the armed forces, including reserve formations, will be involved.

▪️ The purpose of the exercise is to simulate war with Iran and proxy formations in Syria and Lebanon, as well as countering terrorist groups in Israeli territory. The scenario of air strikes against Iranian nuclear and military facilities will also be practiced.

▪️ Characteristically, in planning a direct confrontation, the Israeli leadership took into account the strict need for direct U.S. involvement and the availability of their advanced weapon systems on Israeli territory.

▪️ However, Washington is certainly not ready to support the Israelis yet: the Biden administration is in another "advanced" stage of negotiations on the nuclear deal with Iran. At the moment, getting involved in another conflict against the backdrop of confrontation with Russia and China is fraught with consequences in the form of a new round of economic crisis.

▪️ In order to change the mind of the American government, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz went to Washington. He intends to hold talks on the "Iranian threat" with his American counterpart Floyd Austin and Jake Sullivan, the US president's national security advisor.

🔻 It is unlikely that the White House is now planning to go to war with Iran. Both for the U.S. and for the rest of the world, such a scenario would mean another jump in oil prices, which would have an even greater impact on inflation.

But the Israeli leadership will try to make the most of the current situation. They will focus on the precariousness of Iran's real positions in order to force the U.S. to abandon the nuclear deal.

The Israelis will try to bluff Iran's tough negotiating position in order to cover the acute socio-economic problems that are already manifesting themselves in the form of nationwide protests in the Islamic republic.

Russia’s Grain Harvest Hits All-Time High

Russia’s grain harvest this year has already set a new record, the country’s Agriculture Ministry said on Wednesday on its official Telegram channel.

“To date, 147.5 million tons in bunker weight have been harvested, with harvesting still ongoing,” the ministry announced.

“We expect to reap a maximum of 150 million tons. Of course, this is an absolute success for our farmers and the Russian agriculture industry as a whole,” he stated.

The previous record had been set in 2017, when the country reaped 135.5 million tons of grain, including 86 million tons of wheat.

Sergei Surovikin, the Armageddon commander says...

"Russians and Ukrainians are one people, and Moscow seeks only one thing in Ukraine - that the nation break free from the grip of the West and NATO and become a friendly government, Sergei Surovikin, the Russian Army General appointed commander of all Russian forces in Ukraine earlier this month, has said.

"The enemy is the criminal regime pushing the citizens of Ukraine to their death. We and Ukrainians are one people and want the same thing - that Ukraine be independent from the West and NATO and a friendly state for Russia," Surovikin said, speaking with reporters in the conflict zone on Tuesday.

Commenting on Kiev's recent offensive operations in the direction of the city of Kherson, the commander accused Kiev's NATO puppetmasters of ignoring the heavy losses both in manpower among the Ukrainian military, and among civilians, and characterized the situation in this area of the front as "very difficult."

"The NATO leadership in charge of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has long been demanding offensive operations in the Kherson direction from the Kiev regime, without any regard for casualties, both among the Armed Forces of Ukraine and among the civilian population," Surovikin said.

...Russia also has information that Kiev may be preparing to use prohibited methods of warfare in Kherson, including plans "for a massive missile attack on Kakhovskaya Dam, and a massive, indiscriminate missile and artillery strike on the city. These actions could lead to the destruction of the infrastructure of a large industrial center, and cause major casualties among the civilian population," Surovikin said.

"Our further plans and actions regarding the city of Kherson will depend on the emerging military-tactical situation" and will proceed from the need to preserve as much as possible the lives of local civilians and Russian military personnel," the commander said.

Russia will not exclude making "difficult decisions" should the situation call for it, Surovikin said. These include ensuring a safe exit for any civilians from Kherson region who wish to leave the conflict zone.

...Surovikin estimates that Ukraine is losing between 600 and 1,000 soldiers killed and injured per day. "We have a different strategy. The commander in chief has spoken about this. We are not striving for a high rate of advance, are taking care of each soldier and methodically 'grinding' the advancing enemy down,"

The Russian group of forces in Ukraine is currently building up its strength, creating reserves and building defensive positions along the entire front, Surovikin said.

"Strikes using high-precision weapons are continuing against military facilities and infrastructure that affects the combat capabilities of Ukrainian troops,"..."

Castro a guest of Malcolm X at the Black owned Hotel Theresa

That time Malcolm X met Fidel Castro in Harlem 62 years ago on this day.

A year after the Cuban Revolution, Castro came to attend the UN General Assembly in New York, but the management of the Manhattan hotel his delegation had booked refused to house them after the U.S. government pressured other hotels to reject the Cubans. Upon learning of their situation, Malcolm X invited them to come uptown to Harlem, to stay at the Black-owned Hotel Theresa, where Malcolm X said they would be greeted with open arms.

Harlemites received the 34-year-old Cuban revolutionary leader by the thousands, with masses huddling round-the-clock in front of the hotel. Castro was to them that bearded revolutionary who had told white America to go to hell and his stay there was an important acknowledgment of the struggle African Americans shared with the rest of the Global South in resisting racism, colonialism and imperialism.

“As long as Uncle Sam is against you, you know you’re a good man,” Malcolm X told Castro.

📍Saboteurs are trying to enter Russia, attempts to attack nuclear plant and civilian infrastructure prevented

📍DPR, LPR, Kherson & Zaporozhye regional heads will be handed additional powers to ensure security of populations

📍Russia must adjust state migration policy to counter existing and future challenges

10 main things that will change for people after the introduction of martial law in the DPR, LPR, and Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions

We looked at what the current laws say in this regard:

1. Security of all military, transport, municipal and other facilities is strengthened. In general, everything that is important for conducting defense and maintaining life will be guarded like the apple of the eye. It will no longer be possible to cut past the fence of the only boiler house in town.

2. Civilians will be relocated to safe neighborhoods. The authorities are obliged to give them temporary housing. The law specifically states that during martial law, the authorities cannot leave people living in dangerous areas. They must be offered evacuation. Household, social and cultural facilities are also evacuated.

3. entry and movement through the territory where martial law is declared is restricted. All will need passes and permits from the military. Soldiers have the right to inspect any vehicles.

4. All parties and religions whose propaganda undermines the defense of the state are temporarily banned.

5. The military may enlist civilians to fight fires, dig trenches, or clear rubble after enemy shelling.

6. Authorities may take from residents of regions where martial law has been declared vehicles or real estate, which they decide to use for the needs of defense. Compensation is mandatory.

7. Strikes, rallies or any other mass events are prohibited.

8. A curfew shall be imposed. The military are allowed to check documents, search homes and vehicles. Violators, if caught, may be detained for up to 30 days.

9. Military censorship is introduced. The army has the right to read all the letters or messages on the Internet, to listen to conversations. A separate court order for this, as in civilian life, is not required.

10. All civilians are prohibited from carrying transmitting radios. This does not apply to cell phones.

We would like to repeat: all the restrictions are only for the territory where a special regime is in force.

Coming - Protests to oppose Australia sending soldiers to Ukraine

Australia is considering sending soldiers to Ukraine to “train” Ukrainian soldiers. They don’t really need training, this is just a cover for getting involved in what is essentially WW3.

Australians have not been consulted, there will be a protest held to oppose it with the details listed. Keep Australia out of WW3!

SAUDI ARABIA - ON THE EDGE OF THE SWORD? The USA attempt to punish OPEC+

Is where the US is putting its relationship with its favorite Middle Eastern ally, Saudi Arabia, due to OPEC+ decision to cut oil production, (https://t.me/IntelRepublic/6269) with rising tensions risking to irreversibly bring the blade down on the Saudi-US relations, as a bill submitted to US Senate to STOP arms sales to Saudi for one year, proves once again US got no friends, only interests (https://t.me/IntelRepublic/3815), as White House insists on a reevaluation of the relationship, claiming the cut in oil production shows Saudis are aligning their energy policy with Russia.

The OPEC+ decision was unanimously adopted by 22 countries.

The USA attempt to punish OPEC+ will hurt USA itself Washington's attempt to punish Saudi Arabia and other oil producers for OPEC+'s decision to cut oil production could hit the USA hard...The main tool of the United States against Saudi Arabia may be the "law on the prohibition of oil production and export cartels" or NOPEC (No Oil Producing and Exporting Cartels Act), which proposes to subordinate OPEC to the antitrust law. NOPEC has been only a threat for the past 25 years and was considered a "nuclear" option that could only be used as a last resort ▪️ The adoption of the law will allow the United States to file an antitrust lawsuit against OPEC+ for manipulating prices on the world oil market. In response, OPEC+ countries can get rid of US financial assets and switch to oil pricing not in dollars, which can be "very expensive" for Washington https://www.bloomberg.com/opinion/articles/2022-10-17/us-saudi-arabia-relations-reach-low-point-over-opec-oil-cuts?leadSource=uverify%20wall

In the near future, the Ukrainian Armed Forces may be left without satellite Internet Starlink

In the near future, the Ukrainian Armed Forces may be left without satellite Internet Starlink – translated 15 Oct from @RT_RUSSIAN.

According to an RT source in military intelligence, during the communication outages, the Ukrainian command was almost in a panic and made decisions in different sectors of the front based on outdated information.

Orders given blindly led to the failure of offensives and heavy losses.

Russia has the opportunity to reduce the performance of the Starlink system over Ukraine, experts interviewed by RT said.

▪️Earlier, Elon Musk said that Starlink is, in fact, the last thing Ukraine has left in the combat zone of vital communications equipment, everything else was destroyed in the battles.

According to him, the Starlink satellite Internet system in Ukraine may stop working, despite the resources invested in its protection.

the grain deal would not be extended

Following a meeting between Putin and Erdogan, it became clear that the grain deal would not be extended. The President is personally dissatisfied with the deal, while his aide Ushakov and Foreign Minister Lavrov criticise it. The arguments against it are:

1.  The West has not fulfilled its obligations to lift restrictions on Russian grain exports.

2.  Kiev and the West have failed to keep promises on ammonia exports.

3.  Grain is not going to poor countries, but to the EU

Moreover, the conditions of the deal were linked to the terrorist attack on the Crimean bridge through the export of explosives from the port of Odessa to Bulgaria to the control post in Istanbul.

As things stand, in mid-November, the Ukrainian ports involved in the deal will close again, and Ukrainian grain will flow exclusively to the EU market via rail and road, where it has been going instead of to the poor countries the US and EU used as cover to push the deal through.

The new proposal is that Russian grain will be carried to actually disadvantaged countries by Russia and Turkey, where the grain will, in Erdogan's words, "make the needy countries happy". Payment looks set to go through Turkey or Qatar, the latter may well start lending to buyers of Russian grain. For Turkey, the deal is a good one - they made money from Ukraine, and now they will make money together with Russia. Pros for Russia:

1.  Full harvest exports (under 150 million tonnes of grain, but lots of forage) have begun;

2.  The rise of Russia's prestige among African and Middle Eastern countries; and,

3.  Opportunities to open new markets afterwards, as well as to capture markets where Ukraine used to be.

Politically, the most important thing is that grain will be supplied to poor countries without any involvement of the US and the EU, or the UN.

In addition, Russia is aiming at Ukraine's place as the main exporter of sunflower oil, which is logical after the new territories (25% of the Ukrainian sunflower area and 22% of its harvest in 2021) have become part of the Russian Federation. But the government plans to allocate 4.8 billion rubles for the development of oilseeds: the money will be distributed among 43 regions, which will increase the production of soybeans, rapeseed, sunflower, and flax by 1.74 million tons.

The forecast for Russia's sunflower harvest this year is 15m tonnes. In Ukraine, 14.9 million tonnes will be harvested in 2021. 3.3 million tonnes from the new territories in the Russian harvest, and this means an output of 18.3 million tonnes of sunflower. All in all, 20 million tonnes is well within reach.

As a result, Russia will become the number one exporter of sunflower oil in the world, displacing Ukraine from this position. The latter will become an oilseed appendage of the EU.

US was planning a war in Ukraine and an energy crisis in Europe.

 https://www.rand.org/news/press/2019/04/24.html

IN 2019, there  was already planned to undermine Russia. Just how long before have they started the strategies?👇

The report examines a range of nonviolent measures the United States could take to stress Russia's military, its economy or the regime's political standing at home and abroad.

The steps would be designed to cause Russia to compete in domains or regions where the United States has a competitive advantage—driving Russia to overextend itself militarily or economically or causing the regime to lose domestic and/or international prestige and influence, said James Dobbins, lead author of the study and a senior fellow at RAND, a non profit research organization.

Russia's greatest vulnerability is its economy, which is comparatively small and highly dependent on energy exports. The Russian leadership's greatest anxiety concerns the stability and durability of the regime.

The most promising strategies to stress Russia are those which directly address those vulnerabilities and anxieties. Dobbins, a former Assistant Secretary of State for Europe, and his RAND colleagues evaluate a wide range of possibilities. These include economic pressures, ideological and informational initiatives, geopolitical maneuvers, and military steps on land, sea, and in air and space.

Economic sanctions have already caused a significant drop in the living standards of many Russian citizens. Expanding American energy production is probably the least costly and least risky way to further stress the Russian economy. Imposing tougher sanctions is also likely to degrade the Russian economy, and could do so to a greater extent and more quickly than maintaining low oil prices, provided the sanctions are comprehensive and multilateral.

The Swedish edition Nya Dagbladet writes that the US was planning a war in Ukraine and an energy crisis in Europe. This is evidenced by a report leaked to the Swedish press by the pro-government think tank RAND Corporation (known, among other things, for being behind the American foreign and defense strategy during the Cold War).

For example, the document, dated January, admits that the aggressive foreign policy pursued in Ukraine will push Russia to military intervention in the country. The goal, the report explains, is to introduce a package of sanctions that has been in the making for a long time.

The EU economy will "inevitably collapse" as a result, and resources of up to $9 trillion could flow to the US, as well as educated European young people will be forced to emigrate to the States.

The main goal, which is described in the document, is to split Europe - especially Germany and the Russian Federation, forcing "useful idiots in politics" to stop Russian energy supplies to the continent. The fact is that, according to RAND, the growing independence of Germany made it difficult for the United States to influence the decisions of European governments. And, if the plan had not been implemented, Europe would have become not only an economic, but also a political competitor of the United States.

“The only possible way to ensure that Germany refuses the supply of Russian energy is to involve both sides in a military conflict in Ukraine. Our continued actions in this country will inevitably lead to a military response from Russia. Russia is clearly not going to leave the massive pressure of the Ukrainian army on Republic of Donbass without a military response. This would make it possible to present Russia as an aggressor, and then apply the entire package of sanctions that has already been prepared," the document says.

Notably, RAND, in turn, issued a press release denying that the report was written by them, succinctly noting that they consider its content "weird".

Ukraine will need for external injections worth $ 3-4 billion per month in 2023

 the IMF said.

But it is possible that Kiev's need for financial assistance may "go beyond this range," said the managing director of the fund.

Georgieva said that in 2022, the IMF and international partners have allocated $35 billion to Ukraine in the form of grants and loans.

𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁'𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗨𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲

Since February 2022, Ukraine has almost completely switched to the financial, logistical and military support of the West.

From February 24 to October 3, 2022, Ukraine received 6.7 billion euros of financial support and loan guarantees from international institutions, where only 1 billion from the IMF and the rest from the World Bank. Also, 38.1 billion euros of financial support from Ukraine's donor countries was agreed.

A total of 19 countries have allocated financial assistance to Ukraine in the amount of 38.6 billion euros.

The largest financial assistance package from the USA is 15.2 billion, within the framework of the collective agreement of the EC - 12.3 billion, from the UK - 2.5 billion, other countries - 8 billion, where 3 countries allocated more than 1 billion (Canada - 1.8 billion, Germany - 1.1 billion and Norway - 1 billion).

In the structure of Ukraine's financial support: 17.3 billion are loans, 18.2 billion are grants (gratuitous aid and subsidies) and 3.2 billion are loan guarantees. Almost all gratuitous aid was provided by the United States (14.4 billion), while Europe mainly issues long-term loans at low rates.

This data is from IEF Kiel.

Of the total amount of financial assistance, about 17 billion euros actually reached Ukraine, plus 6.7 billion from international institutions.

How much is it? Last year, Ukraine's consolidated budget revenues amounted to $75 billion, this year about $40 billion.

If synchronized by the time of actual receipt of assistance, external support exceeds 100% of the internal revenues of the consolidated budget of Ukraine.

To this is added humanitarian aid with an estimated volume of 14.4 billion euros, of which from the USA 9.5 billion, the EC - 1.4 billion, Germany - 1 billion, Austria - 0.6 billion, Great Britain - 0.4 billion, Canada - 0.3 billion, other 33 countries - 1.3 billion .

Humanitarian plus approved financial assistance for the approval period (slightly more than 7 months) is 60 billion (on average 8.6 billion per month), which is 𝟮.𝟲 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 than budget revenues.

Ukraine is a pseudo-state

"...Ukraine is a pseudo-state, which is supplied, financed, and increasingly managed by NATO. Western agencies cannot resist bragging - Britain identified itself as the party responsible for planning and organizing the Kherson operation, while the USA claims credit for the more successful Kharkov attack.

It is difficult to overstate the extent to which Ukraine is sustained solely by the west. Ukrainian soldiers are trained by NATO officers, armed with NATO weapons, accompanied in the field by NATO soldiers foreign volunteers, and the Ukrainian pseudo-state is kept running by cash injections from the west. Videos from the Kharkov front abound with English speaking soldiers and foreign weapons.

The point isn’t just to point out, yet again, that Ukraine is a failed state - a corpse that is given the illusion of life by outside actors moving its limbs....

...Russia will likely give the Ukraine operation the same designation as its operations in Syria, loosening the rules of engagement and beginning to target Ukrainian assets in earnest.

We saw a foretaste of this last night, when Russia wiped out over half of Ukraine’s power generation with a few missiles. There are many more targets that they can go after - more nodes in the electrical grid, water pumping and filtration facilities, and higher level command posts. There is at least some probability that Russia begins targeting the command facilities with NATO personnel in them. Plausible deniability works both ways; because NATO is not officially in Ukraine - only “volunteers” - targeting their personnel is not an overtly aggressive act.

...The Russian line is hardening. Just in the past 24 hours, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said there were “no prospect for negotiations” with Ukraine, and Putin said “Unfriendly forces are targeting us, and we must take initiative in order to succeed in confronting them.” Medvedev went even further just now: “"A certain Zelenskyy said that he will not hold a dialogue with those who issue ultimatums. The current 'ultimatums' are a warm-up for kids, a preview of demands to be made in the future. He knows them: the total surrender of the Kiev regime on Russia's terms”...Dark times area ahead for Ukraine - and perhaps for Americans on the other front of this war...."

Documents that proved Ukraine's is receiving technical equipment for delivering biological weapons?

MOD Russia:

Russia presented the documents that proved Ukraine's interest in receiving technical equipment for delivering biological weapons.

◽️ This refers to a request by the Ukrainian company Motor Sich to the Turkish manufacturer of unmanned aerial vehicles Bayraktar Akinci, dated 15 December 2021, to equip the UAV with aerosol spraying systems and mechanisms with a capacity of over 20 litres, to which the Turkish party responded negatively.

◽️ Having no other points, Ukraine expressed doubts about the authenticity of this document, with the far-fetched argument that Ukrainian state institutions do not use Russian language in their correspondence. I would remind that Motor Sich is not a Ukrainian state-run company and it uses Russian and English languages to communicate with the Turkish party, that were the languages of the document we have presented. However, Motor Sich itself refrained from commenting.

◽️ I would like to particularly focus on the U.S. response to patents on technical equipment for delivering and using biological weapons, including an unmanned aerial vehicle to spread infected insects in the air.

◽️ The U.S. delegation stated that '...the development and production of biological weapons is prohibited in the U.S., and any violation is punishable by penalties ranging from fines to imprisonment. However, the decision to grant the patent does not violate U.S. obligations under the BTWC and does not mean that the U.S. government condones the inventors' claims ...'.

◽️ This statement is fundamentally contrary to the U.S. patent code that clearly states that a patent in the U.S. cannot be granted in the absence of a full description of the '...the device actually existing...' and its expertise.

◽️ Attempting to evade the raised questions, Kevin Garrett, Deputy Director of the Biological Threat Reduction Programme, spoke exclusively about the historical aspects of the programme. However, Garrett haven't pointed out that the real goals of the programme, which were aimed at reducing the weapons of mass destruction potential of the former Soviet Union, and which had been achieved as early as 2008. Within the congressional hearings, it was reported that the goals of the programme had been achieved, after which it was extended to other regions of the world.
