The Agreement suggests that its gonna protect 'Copyrighted materials' and thus preventing the content from Piracy.
However, when you actually read the proposed bill, you'll quickly notice that it has nothing to do with copyrighted material and everything to do with Internet censorship and blocking the Free flow of information.
