What is date of this video. It seems recent since Bakhmut is mentioned.
I remember about 3 months ago Arestovich gave a speech saying that the Russian language and culture wasn't so bad., but nobody fired him for that. It barely raised an eyebrow.

Russia's missile strikes on a building in Dnipro on Saturday were one of the deadliest since the war began last year. On last count, 45 civilians died, at least 19 are missing and more than 79 have been injured. Kyiv, of course, pinned the blame squarely on Moscow for the damage which the latter denied. But what came as a huge surprise was when Oleksiy Arestovych, an adviser to President Zelensky ended up blaming Ukrainian forces for the tragic missile strikes. Is there an element of truth in Arestovych's claims? Has he sabotaged Ukraine's efforts to counter Russia?
