AlJazeeraEnglish | July 05, 2010 - Binyamin Netanyahu, Israel's prime minister, is on his way to Washington for talks with Barack Obama, the U.S. president.
It is the first meeting between the two leaders since the launch of indirect talks between Israel and the Palestinians.
Obama will aim to get Netanyahu to agree to face-to-face talks with the Palestinians, but there are many hurdles to overcome.
